My calves are like...screaming at me!!
I've been doing the exercises that I put up a few posts ago and I can honestly already see changes already.
Day 10!
I don't have any real goals in terms of where I want this workout to take me body wise....
Though I'm def gonna stop this high intensity shit once I am able to look in the mirror and be like that's it!
That's the body i've been working for!
It's such a tease to be almost there, kinda like getting an 89% on 3 consecutive tests
Tomorrow is a rest day thank god!
Hopefully it doesnt hurt this bad when I start up again..
