Ever since I've learned this new term. I've been on a diet kick. It means youre technically skinny by weight, but you still have a high fat percentage...how creepy is that. I dont wanna be a giggly stick! I wanna be super toned and fierce! I just know it would feel good to work really hard at getting fit & to be able to wear size 24 jeans from high school. Diets are just generally fun anyway...they are a way to take up time. I've been eating less calories and doing this workout + 2 sets of Pilates poses.
